3 -4 Years of Experience working on Mac OS.
Imaging & Deployment of workstations and Installation and Troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Devices & MFDs.
Troubleshooting VPN & Citrix Receiver.
Troubleshooting Exchange online - Office 2013, 2016 & Office 365.
Manage & Configure Mobile Devices using Microsoft Intune Company Portal.
Configuring Emails and Troubleshoot Email clients (MS Outlook, iOS Mail
Execution of Desktop Refresh & Recycling.
Monitor & Deploy Anti-Virus using McAfee ePO (ePolicy Orchestrator
Manage User Accounts using Active Directory (Modified Access rights & Permissions as needed
Manage, Monitor & Troubleshoot Print Servers and Canon Multifunction Printers.
Manage, Monitor & Troubleshoot Uniflow Servers (Secure Print
Manage, Monitor & Troubleshoot Shared Scan Servers & Printers.
Troubleshoot Cisco IP Phones & Video Conferencing.
Troubleshoot RFID Printers & Scanners.
Took care of Service Now tickets and created tickets when needed.
Troubleshoot Third Party & In-house developed Applications & Escalations to Application Support.
Asset Management, Assets procurement, Add/Remove Hardware.
Act as liaison with H/W & S/W Vendors.
Execution of Service Requests and incident-based vendor management.
Maintain detailed documentations of all Incidents, Service Requests and Resolutions.
Ensure all administrative and IT records are entered and updated correctly.
Assist and guide other teams to resolve escalated issues.
Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
Organized training workshops to improve the performance of the members who were lagging in terms of performance.
Create Knowledgebase for new team members and Service desk team.
