Job Description:

The Department of Information Resources (DIR) requires the services ofoneSQL Database Administrator, hereafter referred to as Worker(s), who meets the general qualifications of aDatabase Administrator 2Category,CoreTechnology Type and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Workforce Commission(TWC


All work products resulting from the project shall be considered “works made for hire” and are the property of the TWC. TWC may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. TWC will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s

Required Skills:

Experience using Visual Studio 2010 or Visual Studio 2012.
Experience in SQL Server / SSIS 2012 or 2016.
Experience in SQL queries, table joins, where clauses, grouping and temp tables.
Experience in creating tables, views, complex stored procedures.
Strong database administration skills.
Experience with importing and exporting data to and from SQL Server databases.
Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS
Skilled with code migration supporting multiple environments.
Experience on SQL Server Database Projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to multi-task among assignments.
Knowledge of .NET and MVC web development.
