Job Description:
Support the Department of Health and Health Commerce System infrastructure with expertise in physical security, IT security architecture, infrastructure platforms, application security, monitoring, tool administration/management and related business processes and workflows
Help architect, develop and debug Java applications to support Health Commerce System.
Create diagrams and documentation for application and infrastructure architecture.
Design and implement security features like Single Sign, OAUTH on and Multi Factor Authentication
Design and implement services to be used in a platform as a service architecture.

1. 84 Months of experience architecting service-oriented architecture and platform using IBM DataPower, WSO2 API Manager, WSO2 Identity Manager. #of months
2. 84 Months designing secure applications using security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML, OAuth and Multi factor authentication #of months
3. 84 Months Experience as lead technical architect on technical projects including experience with systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and preventative maintenance and security procedures. #of months
4. 84 Months Experience in XSLT Programming to create custom stylesheets for IBM DataPower. #of months
5. 36 Months of working with application load balancing using Kemp Application delivery controller #of months
