Data Analyst with HHS and ETL EXP

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct pre-campaign analysis to understand potential target populations and finalize target definition.
Design in-market tests.
Conduct bias testing among test versus control groups.
Develop and execute analytic plans for evaluating the impact of marketing campaigns.
Model campaign response.
Develop meaning and actionable insights based on campaign results.
Communicate campaign results to internal clients through standard reporting vehicles and ad hoc in-depth reports.
Work on intra-departmental and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement of overall campaign management process, including design of data environment, data integrity assurance, standardized reporting, and process automation.
Lead initiatives to identify and implement new methods in campaign analytics.

Required Skills/Experience
4-7 years of work experience in marketing, advertising, consumer research or related field
High level of analytical ability
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with other
Strong level of communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills
Ability to produce results in a customer-oriented environment
Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments
Ability to travel

Required Education/Training
BA/BS in business, management, psychology, mathematics, economics, statistics or equivalent training
Prefer an advanced degree in marketing, market research, psychology, or business Required Conditions Suppliers agree that all candidates submitted / matched to this assignment will successfully complete the required Drug Testing and Background Checks prior to the supplier confirming the acceptance of the assignment.
