Job Description:

The Commercial Operations LEAD Data Steward will participate in researching and correcting data quality issues for Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) within the Client Customer Master and Salesforce.com environments.
This is a Lead role and will manage a team of Data Stewards.
The ideal candidate possesses the following qualities:

· Experience working on individual and team assignments in master data management, data governance or data stewardship.
· Experience in advanced Excel techniques.
· Understands data, data concepts, and data relationships in support of customer master data stewardship.
· Able to communicate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience researching public and private websites containing HCO and HCP information in order to validate customer data and resolve data issues.
Familiar with salesforce.com from a business support perspective.
SQL proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
College Degree

Ability to train and direct other Data Stewards and manage conflicts.
