Consultant NEED to be software developer with deep experience in Cobol Development.
In addition to being a highly experienced Cobol Developer, they need to have developer on the iSeries (aka AS/400) platform
Thirdly, they need to have done screen / interactive development (aka UI or front end development
If you only have experience in batch development, this is not the role for you.
Responsibilities
Assist clients in business/technical specification gathering when requested
Work in conjunction with other developers to deliver services to the client
Function as a developer on design, programming, and testing of assigned projects/tasks
Develop technical design specifications
