Project Manager
Location: Onsite in Round Rock, TX 78682
Contract length: 6 months plus

Part of Dell Digital, Dell’s Information Technology (IT) organization, Team Member eXperience (TMX) focuses on Global IT workforce transformation across Dell’s 140K+ team members. TMX is modernizing the Dell Team member experience by deploying the latest mobility and collaboration technologies, providing service excellence, and proactively engaging the Global workforce through a quarterly employee IT NPS survey to track progress and identify continued improvement opportunities. This role will work with the TMX Communications manager to execute on a communications strategy for a large and critical IT project that touches a majority of Dell team members.

Must Haves:
Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional experience
Strong writing and editing skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into content for multiple audiences
Experience writing with a marketing slant to an internal audience
MS Office Suite
Strong graphic design / editing
Self-directed and works independently • Highly collaborative, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, including leadership • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and ambiguity • Outcomes and metrics focused • Comfortable learning and using new IT tools • Organized and has some experience with project management • Execution focused and willing to do what it takes to get things done - can do attitude

Work Environment:
Onsite in Round Rock on a daily basis working closely with the TMX Communications Manager. Multiple stakeholders both in TMX and in Security organizations, both in person and remote, and globally based, so some flexibility will be required in meetings with stakeholders across the globe.
