Job Description :
-Understand the technical and business advantage of public cloud, private and hybrid cloud, cloud applications, migration and integration, cloud security, and managing workloads and performance.
-Recognize the growing threat landscape and how to mitigate and detect Security risk challenges.
-Bridge gap between applications development and IT operations by using DevOps concepts and tools for configuration management and automation.
-Ability to adapt to the new software-driven technology with experience on virtual environments, software defined networks, hyper-converged systems, container technologies, micro services, API strategies, software development and scripting.
-Drives Engineering and Operations Excellence
-Collaborates with IT Architecture to develop technology roadmaps, engages vendors to complete roadmaps as needed, and drives adherence to industry best practices
-Drives IT capability improvements through optimization, enhancements and implementation of new features and functions
-Continuously Improves and Enhances Existing Environments
Maintains proper hardware and software currency levels by implementing recommended upgrades
-Collects data, then supplies it to engineering peer teams for analysis and data-driven recommendations and decision making
-Deliver Infrastructure Solutions and Services
-Designs standard patterned and custom IT solutions for business partner projects, including preproduction testing, performance tuning, handoffs and environment validation.
