Job Title: Cloud AI Staff Researcher
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities
Design and implement our next generation Machine Learning AI cloud service and ecosystem that are secure and reliable at large scale.
Understand the challenges of big data service, cloud monitoring, cloud debugging and overall cloud resource management. Design and innovate technologies or solutions for large scale distributed cloud service and big data analysis, through POC and collaboration with internal and external partners.
Deliver rapidly iterative new design and/or new technology POC as well as service releases.
Desired Skills and Experience
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
3+ years of large scale distributed software design and development experience
A proven track delivering large system to a predefined schedule.
Extensive design and implementation experience in distributed system and cloud service.
Experience in one of the following languages: Go, C/C++, Java, C#, Ruby, Python etc.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
BS or higher degree in computer science or a related field.
Desirable
Experience in HPC/GPU/FPGA and distributed computing system is plus
Experience in machine learning methodologies and platform usage (Tensorflow, Spark ML, MXNet, Caffe, torch or CNTK) is a plus
Experience in one or more of the following cloud platforms: AWS Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Enterprise Cloud, or other cloud technologies.
Experience in big data real time analysis is a plus.
Experience in enterprise cloud development experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in working in a distributed team environment is a plus
