Job Description :
1. Full-stack Java developer with strong back-end experience & experience in IVR/Call Routing development on Cisco Contact Center applications like CVP, UCCE, CUIC
2. Experience with Cisco CVP platform & CVP Call Studio
3. Experience in Creating reports in Cisco CUIC
4. Experience in the development of SOAP and\or RESTful interfaces and custom CVP elements
5. Database (PL/SQL Java/J2EE, Spring, Hybernate, Web Services - REST/ SOAP
