In this role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to have influence over communications for a large scope (dozens of products
Write clear, concise user-facing emails and notifications for Corp Eng products.
Develop and manage requested physical handouts and office signage for Corp Eng.
Collaborate with partner team POCs, product managers, and engineers to gather background, define communication deliverables, identify communication stakeholders, and create a communications timeline.
Use internal tools to manage recipient lists and send mass emails.
Minimum qualifications:
5 years of relevant experience in user-focused writing, including work in hardware,software, digital agency, product documentation, or journalism.
Track record shaping content for launches or projects, with a portfolio of email-focused writing samples and style guidelines.
The ability to lead, collaborate, and influence (with and without formal authority) engineering, design, and product management teams.
Proven skills as a self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and remain focused amidst frequently changing requirements.
Basic working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe InDesign.
