Job Description :
Mandatory Skills:
AS400, DB2, RPG, RPGLE, CL, Lansa
Required Skills:
In the current role, should be playing the role of an onsite track lead single handedly from onsite with a team of at least 4 at offshore
Should have about 10-15 years of production support experience in AS400 and LANSA for ISeries applications
Should have managed 24*7 apps and be extremely comfortable with SLAs
Should be part of a 24*7 rotation
Should be extremely comfortable operating in a 24*7 environment and be willing to work with offshore team anytime when complex issues come up
Should have played a techno functional track lead role for at least 5 years with excellent balance between technology and domain
Should have exposure to timeshare industry
Should have handed enterprise large scale applications – Application size should run into millions of lines of code
Nice to have skills:
Should have experience modernizing AS400 apps to newer technologies
Should have the attitude to get to the root cause of all the issues
