JOB DESCRIPTION - Phoenix, AZ
We are looking for 2 CRM Developers (with Portal or USD Development)
Dynamics 365 CRM Developer:
Dynamic 365 Developer with minimum experience of 6 years in CRM who has expertise or experience in below mentioned processes:
Dynamic 365 Developer
Service Module(Cases, Service Queues, Knowledge Management)
Activity Management
Dynamics 365 Portals for Dealers and End Customers
360 Degree view of Customer
Functional test case design and execution including validating Integrations with Unified Service Desk, CTI and Web chat (Live Assist)
Survey Management (Voice of the Customer)
Reports & Dashboard testing( Approx. 15)
Role based testing for different user roles
Support & Guidance for Process testing , End to End testing and UAT
Data Migration testing limited to validation of data in Dynamics 365 application
Regression testing
Test Automation for automatable regression test cases.
JOB DESCRIPTION - Dearborn, MI
MS CRM ADX/ 365 Portal Developer
Design, develop, document, test, and debug portals using .NET and ADX Studio for external user access to Microsoft CRM components to support project needs.
Serve as technical expert on portal development projects.
Participate in full development life cycle including Portal requirements analysis and design.
Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
Support, maintain, and document portal functionality.
Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise code as needed.
Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug portals to meet needs.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft CRM Online 2016/ Dynamics 365.
Experience with Microsoft Azure websites connected to CRM Online.
Experience with ASP.NET and CRM solution development.
Knowledge of and experience with the latest versions of Dynamics 365 CRM Portals
Must Haves:
Minimum 3+ years on Microsoft Dynamics Portal technologies
Minimum 8+ years on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Hands on experience in C#, REST, Web API and Azure technologies
Hands on experience in JQuery, JavaScript, CSS and HTML
Hands on experience in migration of configuration data
