Role : CRM Business Analyst with Project Management
Location : NJ/NYC only
Candidate should be ready to convert to Fulltime with end client at some point of contract

The candidate needs to be 80% BA and 20% PM, with 2+ years of MS Dynamics CRM 365 with Agile experience being strongly preferred. We need someone who is flexible in demeanor and willing to explore creative ways to get things done, help the product owner evolve their requirement or translate it where required for developers via basic/initial design suggestions.

Position Summary
The BA/PM will work directly with the lines of business to gather detailed requirements and participate in the end to end development of projects, epics and user stories. The BA/PM ensures the active participation from both the Technology Department and the business through Product owners, and manages effort, estimates, and project schedules. The Business Analyst/Project Manager works as an independent resource, interacting daily with all levels of management within all the lines of business and within the Technology Department, providing strong leadership and an open channel of communication. The BA/PM partners with the Director, Digital Strategy and Analytics to communicate a crisp strategic vision for the Technology Department and for the client in all matters related to innovation and technology solutions.

A key responsibility for the Business Analyst is to work closely with Product Owners as part of the Scrum Team to develop User Stories for the lines of business with our client. This may mean having to supervise additional Business Analysts and review/approve their work.

This role is also be responsible for providing oversight over CRM initiatives and application development. Working collaboratively with the Director, Agile Software Development the BA/PM ensures that proper staffing and excellent delivery is provided across all CRM development efforts. The BA/PM ensures that our client s software development practices and quality standards are followed, and that the quality standards are met or exceeded by all CRM solutions. The Business Analyst/Project Manager works closely with the DevOps, Agile, and Release Management leads to ensure that methodologies, technologies and automation are implemented for all CRM development efforts.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for delivery of CRM and all software development efforts
Ensure that the CRM and software development teams are following standards, working closely with Director, Agile Software Development to deliver CRM solutions
Continually promote efficiencies and wherever possible, bring the work in-house
Coordinate internal resources and third party vendors, and coordinate schedules with other work streams for the flawless execution of projects
Enable a collaborative environment with the Technology Department and the Business to ensure project delivery and resource availability
Participate in sprint release schedule planning and tracking
Ensure that project scopes are delivered on time and within the estimated effort
Maintain the Kanban Board and detailed project plan to track progress and milestones
Schedule status meetings and daily Scrums
Facilitate and coordinate the review and sign-off of project milestones, such as technical design, build, and test
Capture detailed functional and technical requirements for each assigned epic and/or story
Use user stories to drive the design or review of test cases and process change requests
Work closely with the QA Automation engineer to ensure that appropriate testing is being coordinated and executed prior to release.
Use JIRA and other tools to manage changes in project scope and schedule
Guide and coordinate project implementation and go-live plans with internal teams and third parties
Participate in designing reporting and alerting requirements using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate unresolvable issues, delays, resource constraints, and other blockers or bottlenecks to senior management as needed
Perform risk management analysis to minimize project risks

Additional Responsibilities:
Experience leading complex development efforts
Experience working in a .NET development environment
Understanding of DevOps technologies and frameworks
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum Methodologies and principles
PMP certification is a plus
Scrum Master Certification a plus
Development and Scripting experience a plus
UI Design experience a plus
Prior participation on a Configuration Management Board a plus
Experience reviewing and approving User Stories
Workflow configuration

Qualifications:
5+ years background in IT (preferably Software Development
2+ years of MS Dynamics CRM 365 with Agile experience being strongly preferred
Highly motivated, enterprising, excellent team player, also able to work autonomously
Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Development Methodologies
Solid technical background and hands-on experience in software development
in Project Management or Business / Systems Analysis
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
Broad knowledge of DevOps tools and practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer facing and internal communication skills
Knowledge in generating process documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Capable of enforcing processes and procedures
Ability to document issues and remedies/solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
Strong desire to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes and capable of enforcing processes and procedures
Internally motivated, able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent
