Responsibilities and Duties:
Experience and very good understanding of Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodology.
Proficient in eliciting requirements from high level stakeholders, ability to drive large audience meetings with precision and be able to manage discussion within the boundaries of the meeting agenda.
Conduct systems analysis to identify business needs and system capabilities to build solution approach.
Understand the business and Technical audience mindsets and communicate with different audiences accordingly.
Understands business objectives and problems, identifies optimal solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternative.
Participates in various software demonstrations and provides advice and assistance to other team member.
Elicit Business Requirements, Functional Requirements and Non-Functional Requirements.
Translates business requirements into Functional specifications to support customized programming and configuration.
Identifies, analyzes and documents software defects; assists developers in analyzing and resolving defects.
Executes test plans and script reviews and assists team members in performing and completing test activities.
Coordinates, monitors, and performs system testing, and facilitates user acceptance testing.
Coordinates the review of test plans, scripts and results of system test plans with business and technical groups.
Develops test scripts and test plans using testing tools for software specifications.
Qualifications and Skills: REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to describe the business design in terms that can be turned into technical designs.
Ability to create consensus on requirements across different organizational units.
Ability to illicit requirements through knowledge of document management and contracts management processes.
Business Process Mapping.
Built and executed testing and training of corporate systems.
Required Education:
Bachelor''s degree from four-year College or university in Business Administration Computer Information systems, computer science or related area.
