Job description
1. BSA Experience—Recent 10+ years. Total Experience NO more than 15 years
2. If candidate is coming from Big 4 consulting firm, we will consider candidates with less than 10 years’ experience and higher rate
3. Must have exceptional interpersonal communication skills
4. Don’t need “Run of the Mill” BSAs. Must be high end business consultants who can not only do the regular BSA work but are capable of seeing big picture, how they bring value to business, work with senior level business stakeholders

7. Ideally Finance / Auto Insurance / Captive Auto Finance domain experience but this isn’t the absolute “Must Have”, as long as we have candidate that’s meeting all other criterions
