This role requires a person who can architect a solution, talk to business in their language, gather requirements and analyzes the business requirements. You don’t need to be a technology architect to define the detail technical design but should have enough technology background to craft solutions that meet business needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
Qualification: Minimum 5 years’ experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
Understanding and experience of managing customer data and attributes (as present in enterprise grade ERPs like SAP) in a master data management environment
Experience working with complex customer hierarchies, creating and managing these hierarchies from a master data and reporting perspective.
Understanding of the business partner entity, attributes and partner functions in SAP ECC and CRM. Especially SAP CRM
Understanding of sales, revenue, opportunity reporting for distributor led, direct to customer, industry vertical team led, strategic account team led sales - and the issues/scenarios that arise due to the overlap of these models.
Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPIs & Reporting
Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge & Testing.
Strong experience in projects dealing with data - reporting, dashboards, KPIs, data consolidation, data mapping, master data, data quality, etc.
Excellent communication skills and ability to elicit implicit and explicit requirements from business.
Strong documentation skills in documenting the defined definitions and business rules with a level of detail that can be used by the development team.
Experience in working in projects that follow an agile methodology.
Ability to work with business stakeholders to manage sprint scope depending on scope clarity, technology, business user availability, priority or other constraints.
Understanding of the following source systems will be desirable - SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP BW, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, IFS, etc.
