Detailed Job Description:
Candidate will serve as the ChatBotAI Business Process Technical Analyst
and subject matter expert for technical integrations and analyzing and
approving content for chatbotAI deployed technologies. Candidate will
work closing with Service Level Managers, Service Delver Analysts, and
GIS technical integration teams to design solutions for customers contacting
the Enterprise Service Center. In this role, candidate will be focused on
finding ways to solve or prevent issues for customers faster.
Responsibilities:
1. Utilize customer voice, data, and other information to identify industry
leading solutions
2. Develop business cases, implement solutions, and manage results to
ensure business outcomes
3. Business analyst for internal and SaaS solutions within service,
accountable for integration needs, support, and change processes
