Position :: Business Analyst

Business Analyst with omni channel experience and has the aptitude to work with cross-functional teams (i.e. business and technical teams
Skills needed:
Project and Process Management
Capture and organize detailed project requirements
Create functionality flowcharts
Experience working with User Experience Architects and user stories
Get sign off and alignment of documented requirements
Schedule, attend and/or running cross-functional team meetings to drive programs and
pilots on the Omni roadmap
Take meeting minutes and distributing the minutes to the cross-functional teams
Follow up on any outstanding risks/issues identified in meetings or as issues arise
Complete status updates on program(s) and providing feedback to Sr Manager
Exceptional attention to detail for researching and resolving program issues, tracking
outstanding IT fixes/enhancements needed for OMNI programs i.e. BOPIS, Ship from Store
and Same-Day Delivery)
Operations Management
Review reports and invoices using pivot tables to analyze data for monitoring program
performance and/or issues. Working with analytics team to create/update dashboards and
ad hoc reports
Maintain relationship with third party vendors/partners including bi-weekly touch base
meeting and any required follow-up
Marketing and Promotions
Assist with mobile promotional scheduling; working with relevant stakeholders to ensure
timely and accurate execution weekly
Complete basic competitive and benchmarking analysis

Experience with Smartsheet/ MS Project, Visio and Clarity
Highly motivated and a fast learner
