Job Description:
Provide assistance to service owners for the evaluation and modification of services. Messaging (MDM, licensing selection, replacement of security tools Future Mainframe usage analysis. Voice service modifications.
- Analyze customer usage and needs of IT infrastructure services, align usage with strategic objectives
- Prepare options which consider financial analysis
- Prepare reports and other documentation
- Coordinate actions/responses from a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure services
- Data analysis and reporting experience
- Good communication, documentation and organization skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
