B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business
5+ years of Business Analysis experience in requirements gathering and definition, and process analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong customer focus and effective communication skills
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
Proficiency in MS Office products
Experience with MS SQL Server queries and Crystal Report design is a plus
Experience with UML and case creation is a plus
MS Test Manager experience is a plus
