POSITION OVERVIEW
The Business Analyst will be responsible to elicit, document, and analyze requirements for Info Security and Identity access Management (IAM) business processes and IAM tools development.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with subject matter experts and business contacts at the bank to gather both functional and technical requirements
Document requirements and get signoff from stakeholders and impacted groups
Maintain functional and technical requirements documentation throughout project phases
Develop use cases as input to unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
Recommend and drive the enhancement process for the Identity Access Management (IAM) program to meet business needs.
Drive program design review working directly with customers and business owners on the integration requirements including provisioning, de-provisioning and user lifecycle into the IAM platform.
Maintain and assess operational requirements and service issues for improvement opportunities.
Develop strategic road maps for the Identity Management systems and program.
Develop enterprise wide standards for identity and access management to meet business needs.
Consult with business units when implementing access levels for new systems to ensure quality and accuracy.
Prepare documentation for audits and acts as the point of contact for audit issues.
Perform an assessment of government client to government agency''s current IAM environment, processes and stakeholders.
Gather requirements and create system level requirements documents
Work with technical team to create system test cases and perform system testing
Create user acceptance test (UAT) scripts, set up UAT scenarios, and lead stakeholders through UAT
Document user guides and functional training materials based on vendor documentation tailored for specific clients.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor''s Degree or 5 years of work experience as an Information Technology or related field Business Analyst
Requirements Gathering: Three to Five years of experience
Identity and Access Management: One to Three years of experience (Preferred)
Specific Knowledge and Skills Sets:
Business process and scenario modeling: Required
Microsoft Office & Visio: Required
Understanding of Identity and Access Management processes: Required
