Rate: $35-40/hr on C2C

Business Analyst 2 (BA2) - 4 to 6 years relevant experience
The Business Analyst will primarily support DAVE users through phone outreach/education and account creation as part of the Phase 1 expansion and Phase 2 rollout of EDRS. Additional duties may include entering new locations into the DAVE application, assisting with calls from end-users, setting up facility management roles, mapping out system processes and new requirements, troubleshooting system issues, performing system testing, and developing user test scripts.

Experience conducting training both one on one and in a large group, to various levels of end users Required 4 Years

Experience drafting letters, correspondence, marketing materials, training manuals, etc. Required 4 Years

Prior HealthCare Industry experience. Highly desired
