Job Description :
Drive requirements gathering complex software development projects and/or components/phases of larger, more complex projects.
Interpret business needs into detailed requirements that can be easily understood by the development team.
Work as a bridge between business and IT to resolve scope and technical feasibility issues as needed.
Create high quality written business system design deliverables for projects. Experience with creating user stories a plus.
Manage a portfolio of 5-19 mid-size projects, 1-2 large projects.
Work with teams that are geographically disbursed.
Work with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are addressed.
Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status on business design deliverables.
Provide clear, concise project communication; both written and verbal.
Facilitate/manage project communications and stakeholder, client and project team expectations.
Skills/Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Proven success in delivering software development projects client design deliverables.
Proven problem-solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection.
Ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans.
Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering
Priorities.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments.
Experience/Education
Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent, plus 4-6 years business analysis experience, including medium to large scale projects.
Knowledge and experience with Agile Scaling Frameworks (SAFe, LEAN Agile etc a plus.
