Job Description :

At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes. The ability to identify the relationships and interdependencies between requirements. Has a basic knowledge of prioritizing requirements.
Working knowledge of JAVA/Oracle technology stack. To be able to debug and identify root causes for issues in application.
At least 5 years of experience in solution assessment & validation, facilitation. Basic knowledge of assessing a proposed solution and design.
At least 5 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment, Feature Reviews and Design Reviews
Work with a broad mix of people and related skill to probe for issues/concerns and drive to consensus.
Partner with the business and technical teams, to translate tactical and strategic objectives into workable IT solutions
Analytical and Communication skills
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
Experience with Agile SCRUM is preferred
Experience with project management
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires travel.
