Job Description :
Youngsoft is one of the fastest growing companies based out of Wixom Michigan providing IT services to various clients across the USA.
Currently we have a "Business Analyst" position at one of our client locations.

Short Description:
Process ISRs, attend meetings, create tasks in Remedy for engineers to complete and close out. Attention to detail, organized and ability to work with multiple teams.

Complete Description:
Provide information gathering sessions to capture business requirements and business processes related to information technology solutions
Work with diverse group, consensus building and team building. Report status reports to Technical Managers, colleagues, Agency Services and Agencies proper when required
Work with multiple teams in all lines of service
Utilize tools such as Remedy, Microsoft Project, Clarity and SharePoint
Work closely with Technical Managers, SMEs, and Technicians
Coordinate and track multiple projects (40-50 ISRs) for several agencies
Attend daily and weekly meetings

Skills:
Bachelor''s Degree - Required
Customer service experience in an enterprise IT environment – Required – 8 Years
Experience in an enterprise data environment – Required – 8 Years
Experience in an enterprise voice environment – Required – 3 Years
Experience working with multiple teams – Required – 3 Years
Experience with MS Project, Remedy and Clarity – Required – 5 Years
