AudioVisual Lead Technician
Charlotte, NC / Winston-Salem, NC
This position requires working closely with project managers, general contractors, sub-contractors and our clients to complete the project to a high-quality, on time and within budget.
Key Position requirements are:
Must be self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
Minimum 5 years of experience in AV installation
Ability to read and implement Electronic CAD designs
Ability to read building blue prints
Ability to motivate and manage staff and subcontractors
High standard of workmanship on cabling, lacing, soldering and crimping
Ability to test completed systems fully for both engineering specifications and operational functionality
Videoconference installation and configuration experience a plus
AVIXA CTS, CTS-I certified a plus
OSHA 10 or 30 certified a plus
