Aruba ClearPass Engineer Plano TX
Description
Role: Leveraged Aruba ClearPass/Airwave Engineer for Multiple Types of Engagements anywhere in US - 2 positions

Duration: 4 months (possible extension)

Location: Ideally located in Central Region (listed Plano, TX as a placeholder only)

Travel: Must be willing to travel to multiple customer locations. Most of the work will be done on site at the customer''s location. There may be a small percentage of work that can be done remotely.

For this leveraged role(s), HPE will work to schedule as much contiguous work as possible during this period. However, if there are no billable projects for a given week, it is expected that no billing will be incurred for that week. We will provide you with as much advance notice as possible.


We are looking for an Aruba ClearPass Master level consultant who can review the client''s current ClearPass, Airwave, and Aruba wireless environment providing best practice recommendations and assisting with recommended changes. We also need someone skilled in Aruba ClearPass deployment and integration work.

Required Skills (must have):
- ClearPass, Aruba wireless AOS, Airwave, networking, 802.1x
- ClearPass Deployment & Integration Experience
- ClearPass TACACS, Onboard, and OnGuard policy features
- Good customer facing and consultative skills to be able to provide recommendations

MUST HAVE Required Cert:
- ACCX (Aruba Certified ClearPass Expert)

- ClearPass service planning
- ClearPass server configuration
- ClearPass Insight enablement
- ClearPass guest service creation
- ClearPass deployment and integration documentation
- ClearPass environment
- Review Airwave environment
- Clean up Airwave environment
- Review Aruba wireless network environment.
- Make best practice recommendations
- Document recommendations and changes
- Assist with any changes as directed by the client
