Job Description :
MUST HAVES:
Strong Active Directory knowledge/experience (be able to design infrastructures)
Office 365 integration/provisioning expertise
Azure AD, AD Connect

Will sit in the Southfield area but must be open to Plymouth or Downtown Detroit because of the move they anticipate in a couple years.

Some travel involved but nothing too heavy (couple times a year)

This position would be in the Architecture/Engineering Team which is tasked with:
Active Directory Support
Provisioning Systems
They use Siteminder, Centricity and MIM

Overview:
Reporting to the Engineering/Architecture Identity Management Manager the Senior Engineer will be responsible for the service design, build and documentation all key elements of Identity and Access Management infrastructure in client, focusing on Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft network services as DNS, DHCP or NPS.

Core Responsibilities:
Follow the Engineering process, which includes Service Design, Build and Transition of all new initiatives, with phase gates reviews presented to all stakeholders during the process
Identifies and assumes an ownership role of Identity Management Infrastructure, project delivery and security management
Provide leadership and act as a senior level mentor and provide support to technical personnel for any/all issues regarding service design, implementation, education and support of Identity Management infrastructure and availability
Gathers project/application requirements from customers and stakeholders and help define implementation roadmaps, support requirements and management infrastructure
Sponsors, orchestrates and implements technology pilots in order to evaluate emerging technologies and their applicability in support of client''s business requirements and strategic goals.

Additional Responsibilities:
Maintains an understanding of all current and emerging identity management technologies, open system standards, management technologies as they relate to the support of client''s infrastructure
Stays current on regional application and infrastructure projects to maintain effective availability and global consistency amongst regional infrastructure, integration and configuration
Acts as liaison between client''s architecture/engineering team, service operations team and vendors to provide transparency on future projects, activities, business requirements and technical concerns of initiated projects
Develops, documents and supports scripts required to deliver a variety of Identity synchronization solutions.
Ensures that third party solutions follow all client standards
Provides senior management and general staff with accurate and complete status information
Acts as an internal consultant to BUs and Infrastructure IT
Adheres to all current Change and Problem management policies and procedures
Additional responsibilities include Level 3 support, capacity planning, and problem management, change management, bandwidth and connectivity planning, server planning, storage planning, reporting, budgeting and planning for identity management related initiatives

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or related experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
Expertise in Active Directory (AD)
Expertise with the following network protocols: LDAP, DNS, DHCP,
Expertise with Office 365 integration and provisioning including Azure AD and AD Connect
Understanding of security concepts related to Public Key Infrastructures including Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS0)

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in server virtualization - Hyper-V, VMWare ESXi
Experience with implementation of backup / restore and disaster & recovery strategies
Understanding of CA Siteminder and Active Directory Federation Services or similar federation technologies
Knowledge or familiarity with ITIL processes and methods
Strong project management skills, technical and non-technical communication skills, and global experience
Ability to work as a strong member of the team
