Position- Sr. Agile Coach
Location- Boston, MA
Interview- Phone and F2F
Duration- 6-12+ months of Contract
Visa- All visas are acceptable
The primary duties of the Agile Coach include establishing and growing the use of Agile practices, supporting and mentoring Kanban and Scrum teams, and ensuring the efficient and effective execution of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban by meeting stated milestones and sprint goals (intended business and technical value It will also require the ability to assess the Agile maturity of the team and the organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the company. Equal and objective representation of all business and technical constituents will be critical to build and maintain a high-level of trust. This role will require advanced Agile experience and relevant technical expertise to be successful, while ensuring an appropriate level of process adherence to drive the overall Agile transformation.

Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum (4) years of Agile Scrum/Kanban experience
Minimum (8) years of application development project experience
Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies/concepts including Scrum, and Kanban
Knowledge of SDLC and common technologies / architecture / technical terminology.
Responsibilities:
Support the transformation to Agile methodology.
Coach Agile Teams on Agile principles and process.
The main goal of this position is to design, implement and document a new Agile SDLC framework. You will be working on an enterprise wide transformational project that touches all parts of our client''s business. The work involves the re-platforming and modernization in a highly Agile environment.
Focus on the principal pillars of planning, process, progress, and impediments
Establish, document, and evolve Scrum/Kanban framework and supporting practices
Support the development of team standards, tools, and best practices
Assist in creation and maintenance of Agile related sections of the process playbook
Communicate Agile process standards and provide on-boarding and training
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and assist in process improvement
Support multiple Agile teams.
Qualifications:
College degree and 5 years of IT work experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
Hands on experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience in software development will be an advantage
Experience working at an organization going through an Agile transformation
Tools: Jenkins, GitLab, Jira, Confluence
