. Minimum of 3 years working with Java
. UX / UI experience – consumer facing
API development
Interfaces for data and data migration
Experienced in Scrum and Agile processes
Understand SDLC
Proficient in Jira / Confluence
Experience in:
o Loyalty and/or
o Marketing or campaigns – web-driven and API interfaces
Personal characteristics:
o Must be genuinely assertive – willing to ask questions to clarify, even if that means stopping the conversation
o Confident – not intimidated easily
o Plano/Dallas based
