o Windows OS (All)
o Linux/Unix
o AWS
o Active Directory
o Networking
o TCP/IP
o DNS
o Wireless
o Anti-virus applications

Bachelor’s degree required
A +, Network +, Security +, Microsoft, Cisco Certifications preferred
3-5 years in a 24x7 Technical support role
Minimum of 3-4 years of comprehensive knowledge required in at least one of the following areas:
o Desktop Application support within all current MS Windows OS
o Windows desktop management and security with Antivirus, anti-malware, patch deployment and management, and troubleshooting applications conflicts
o Network hardware and software support
o Microsoft Windows such as Server 2008 and 2012
