Job Description :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience with minimum of 9+ years of IT experience.
Required Skills:
Understanding the over-all Architecture of the system and ensure the deliverables are in-line with the proposed architecture
Architect the AWS data migration solution focusing development of reusable components
Work with AWS services like S3, EC2, VPC etc. and any of the relational databases like AWS Aurora, RDS database engines, and Redshift •
Analyze data migration requirements, source data, and data models
Recommend the migration tools and design data migration strategy
Provide recommendations for ensuring optimized performance for the migration processes
Recommend Security controls around Authentication, Authorizations, Encryption and Certificates
Ensure Compliance and Audit on all AWS activities
Recommend Cost effective solutions by reviewing pricing model.
Oversee and guide the development, testing and cutover for data migration
Identify the risks, mitigation plans, and rollback strategies
Facilitates incorporation of best practices and lessons learned from
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customer
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
