Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:

SQL Server 2008/2014
Content Management Systems, Sitecore is a plus

Roles and responsibility:
1. Core Development in WPF and will work in tight schedule
2. Active with Sprint releases, Discuss with Business and develop based on the requirements.
3. End to End development process
4. Understand existing environment and business of various source systems
5. Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
6. Excellent written and oral communication
7. Offshore coordination
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:
1. Strong knowledge and working experience of .NET WPF, MVVM pattern
2. Strong understanding of .Net Frameworks (WCF, SOA), MVVM
3. Strong knowledge of MVVM designs
4. Strong knowledge of the .net desktop application life cycle
5. Strong knowledge Windows Services
6. Strong experience in SQL 2008/2014 with proficiency in SQL (write/understand complex SQL queries and stored procedures)
7. Should have experience in source control systems like Clearcase/Git/TFS and knowledge of Sitecore (Web Content Management system)
8. Experience to work on large globalized application within Load Balanced environment
9. Strong analytical skill
10. Working experience in Onsite/Offshore model
11. ITIL concepts, clear understanding of Change Management, Problem Management processes
12. Excellent communication skills
13. Proficiency in SQL (write/understand complex SQL queries and stored procedures)
