ABAP developers that are both strong in coding, but also able to speak to, train, and coach COBOL developers on how to code and use SAP ABAP, and be able to do everything simultaneously. Employees are coming from the legacy system and have a lot of coding exp. but not with sap or ABAP. This consultant will be providing on the job training.
The key here will be they to remain focused on development and deliverables as they have very strict timelines while still not neglecting the internal teams training. Right now they are moving into build through EOY.
Need to Have:
ISU/Utility experience a must
Training experience (1 on 1, no classroom)
