Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and technically creative Application Developer to join our team. As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and implementing the source code of our applications. You will be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle process. Your job is important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Work with the design, development, coding, testing and deployment of solutions using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, C# and VB.NET to meet the requirements of new assignments
Meet with business analysts to discuss how to implement new requirements
Implement workforce management solutions
Qualifications:
Education: High School or GED
Minimum Qualifications:
Three years'' experience as an applications developer
Experience in creating, maintaining and implementing source code is important
Experience in developing websites using current standards and best practices to ensure compliance with WCAG and Section 508
Experience using Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools are also important
Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution is preferred
