Job description:
Our team is looking for an IT Service Management Engineer with a background in IT infrastructure, application, and end-user monitoring services.
The Engineer will be responsible for maintaining key Splunk functions and implementation of new Splunk-based solutions to provide infrastructure and application monitoring services.
Splunk Certified Power User, Splunk Certified Admin, Certified Splunk Architect is a plus
Experience in integrating Splunk with ServiceNow and other industry standard platforms
Thorough understanding of distributed Splunk deployment, management and chargeback best practices
