-Senior Java Resource having worked on a smaller team and has had to “do it all”.
-Well Rounded
-Able to figure things out
-Expanding into mobile native and customer analytics system.
-Candidate must be proficient in all aspects of software lifecycle i.e. requirements, design, develop, debug, test, build, deploy, version control
-Build Database

Interview process: Phone, Test, Review Test and answers
Must have experience building a public facing, transactional website. And the number of users / customers. (At least 1-2M customers) We want to screen for candidates that have that as a minimum
Transactional customer self service website, responsive design.
JavaEE technologies throughout.
Frontend using Html, Javascript, Spring.
Middle tier using Soap, Jms, Jta, Jdbc.
Backend Oracle, pl/sql.
