Experience
9+ years in IT industry or other industrial domains
Relevant experience working as Consultant & digital technology enthusiast (experience working in IOT domain will be a major plus)
Experience of at least 2 full cycle strategy initiatives
Experience in Design Thinking, Agile project methodology
Prior experience in Manufacturing domain is a plus
Roles & Responsibility
Conduct and lead client discussions, workshops, bring outside in research to support the ideas and recommendations to the customers
Keep consultative mindset and structure large amounts of information in coherent manner which echoes well with the executives
Segment and prioritize conflicting pieces of information in coherent manner and show a way forward to the team
Ensure that strategic requirements are being developed as per business vision and help build executive consensus and navigate through constraints
Act as business counterpart for the technology teams, help technical teams structure and detail out the requirements into technical requirements document
Conceptualize the navigation flows and process for the digital application leveraging design thinking principles
Help technical team understand the larger business strategy and bring alignment
Engage stakeholders on regular basis to enhance the requirements further and prioritize them for the solution development team
Attend periodic discussions/meetings to discuss
