SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP Project Manager / Release Train Engineer / Change Lead
Role Description:
· The primary role of the SAP Cloud ERP Project Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE) /
· Change Lead is to support the management and execution of Shutterfly’s end-to-end
· implementation of SAP’s S/4HANA Cloud, private edition; Ariba; Concur, Supply Chain Cloud
· solutions, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP); SuccessFactors; SAP Extended
· Enterprise Content Management from OpenText; and, related integrations and migrations.
· Support overall program execution and operational excellence.
· Work closely with the Product Managers and Agile Teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters,
· business and technology SMEs) throughout their delivery to ensure alignment; provide coaching
· and support re: SAP implementation and Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
· Lead and coordinate the training, communications, and user adoption planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) using various tools,such as the Program and Team Kanbans and other information radiators
· Help enable and ensure alignment between Shutterfly activities and the SAP Activatemethodology.
· Assist in guiding the definition and tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
· Facilitate PI Planning readiness through the synthesis of Roadmap, Backlogs, and Pre- and Post- PI Planning meetings
· Co-facilitate PI planning events (aka ‘Big Room Planning’)
· Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency
· Coordinate the identification of super-users and the planning and execution of training, communications, and user sustainment activities.
· Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the weekly Scrum of Scrum meeting
· Help manage risks and dependencies
· Escalate and track impediments
· Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
· Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering
· Support project financial tracking and reporting
· Ensure that the ART adheres to and blends Lean Agile best practices, SAP Activatemethodology, and required internal controls and governance.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science and Math or related discipline with an IT emphasis is required
· 10+ years relevant IT experience as a Program/Project Manager/Scrum Master/Product Owner orrelated role. Experience with SAP’s S/4HANA Cloud, private edition (single tenant); Ariba; Concur,
· Supply Chain Cloud solutions, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP); SuccessFactors; and/or SAP Extended Enterprise Content Management from OpenText strongly preferred
· Experience with project planning, forecasting, financial tracking, blueprinting, gap analysis, realization, solution deployment, and transition is required
· Experience with SAP S/4HANA Program/Project Management
· Experience deploying SAP using SAFe Agile Framework and/or Activate methodology
· Experience managing 6 or more end-to-end projects in SAP global migration or implementation
· Experience developing and facilitating executive level business communication
· Experience planning, leading, and executing on significant business transformation / change management efforts
· Experience performing business analysis
· Experience in leading and managing user adoption initiatives
· • Preference for the following certifications – Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI Agile Certified
· Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified SAFe® Release Train Engineer.
