Project Manager (Reinsurance Domain)

PMP or CSM Certified
Domain Knowledge – Insurance and Reinsurance
Experience – 8+ year
Project Manager with strong leadership skills and knowledge of Insurance Domain
Experience working on Insurance Domain project – Business User, Brokers and Development Team

Define and Develop the Roadmap, Backlog and project Objectives,
Ensure prioritization of backlog,
Plan and execution of the iterations
Execution and delivery of program features,

Must have worked with Messaging projects before specifically using ACORD
Posses experience and knowledge of the business workflow – Claim, Settlement, Accounting, Placement, etc.
Experience with managing and implementation for a complex project for ReInsurance client/companies.
Engage in systems and design thinking to determine solutions
Support the business translation of strategy into an executable project, including the development of work streams, epics, features, user stories
Advocate for the increased use of agile across the program, both in projects that require Business/IT partnership and in Business-only projects
Manage to the Benefits Realization / Monitoring plan and robust Change Management plan
