Duration : 12+ month rolling contract
Note: Looking for 1 person 5-7+ years of experience, very hands on, need to do the work. Someone who understands the technology over Design/Architect work. Mini POC''s every 3-4 days, fast paced new development and building
Description:
This role is responsible for the development and support of business process. Role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Data Engineers and Subject Matter Experts
Essential Job Duties:
Work as SME to help lead a team to design, build, and support Pega applications
Take ownership of technical and business tasks
Map functional requirements to Pega features and functionality and develop system features and functionality using functional requirements including UI/UX design.
Architect and provide system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages
Ability to support and participate in complete applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
Troubleshoot development and production problems
Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools
Provide best practices for Pega and mentor junior team members in Pega Systems
Required Qualifications (list in order of priority):
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
4 years and above IT Experience
Experience as a Pega Lead System Architect
PRPC Flows, Activities, Repots and Correspondence.
Enterprise Class Structure, PRPC Integrations and agents
Use of Pega PRPC guardrails.
Case Management.
Application Design
PRPC Frameworks
Involvement in all the phases of the PRPC project development
Java, J2EE / .NET and PRPC
Experience in Web Services development.
Middleware Integration (MQ series or similar
BIX, RPA and RDA
Additional Desired Qualifications (list in priority order):
Experience working in the Oil/Gas Industry
Experience with Microsoft stack - .net, SQL and SSIS
Must possess Pega systems CSSA Certification
Reports/Visualization/BI Platforms – Spotfire, Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft (Excel/Power BI)
Quickly learn and apply new technologies to solve business problems.
High degree of agility to meet dynamic business needs.
Ability to decompose problems into smaller more achievable projects.
Ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work successfully on a team.
