Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Analyst, with extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering OCM communications for a 3-4 Month assignment with our Austin, Texas based client. 

Must have previous experience working and collaborating with executive and Director level staff. 

This person will also assist in creating and maintaining project and communication artifacts in WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, VISIO, and SharePoint.

The person must demonstrate experience in communication materials development and be fluent in change management and delivery concepts.

Person must be experienced with proven ability in communicating, organizing, marketing, analyzing and developing content across multiple delivery models and media such has seminars, workshops, breakout sessions, WebEx, etc. Must be able to create strategies and develop ways for tracking progress and success. Should be adept at working closely with the business units to foster adoption of the new IT changes and processes to enhance and modify their business practices.

Additionally, the worker must have successful experience in designing and developing change and communication documentation templates for reuse as well as experience with defining project scope and creating/managing schedules.

The worker must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

10        Work as liaison between IT and business to understand processes, standards, changes and their impact on business units for small and large technology transformations.

10        Responsible for the creation of the change management strategy, delivery material, and handling of overall responsibility for the customer relationship with business leaders and sponsors for informed decisions to be made.

8          Work with business stakeholders and IT staff to design, create, maintain and deliver change management artifacts in WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, VISIO, SharePoint, etc.

8          Proven ability in analyzing and understanding business and IT needs and processes to define, document, communicate and train change management needs.

5          Experienced with defining project scope, developing project plans, and managing project schedules and communicating status to sponsors and team members.

5          Proven success evangelizing change and production readiness processes throughout large organizations to bring increased visibility and compliance to standards.

5          Skilled in designing and developing change and communication documentation templates for reuse.

3          Demonstrated experience in Corporate / Agency Communications Office including training material used to prepare and execute broad OCM strategies.

3          Demonstrated experience building multi-discipline change management approaches using methods such as Kotter 8 Step, Change Management Foundation principles, Deming, DMAIC, and Prosci
