The creative designer is responsible for the creative process from inception to execution based on specific request from the Creative Director or Sr Lead Creative Direction.
TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Responsible for creative based on retail marketing strategies that goes through the lens of the AT&T Purpose and brand guidelines.
2. Work in partnership with retail marketing team and other cross-functional teams to conduct end to end project management retail creative and complete projects within allotted timeline.
3. Work independently and take responsibility to dive into the retail stores planograms to understand the scope of work and be able to optimize deliverables.
4. Support and develop presentations to executive management with retail creative and project timelines as needed.
5. Be well-versed in all the main Creative Suite or creative tool applications.
6. Be highly organized, enjoy juggling multiple projects and quick turnaround jobs.
7. Demonstrate a passion for and knowledge of creative design tools, techniques, and innovation to create the best in-store creative.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Must be savvy with ad agency creative directors, art directors and artists to create original artwork.
2) Demonstrate a passion for and knowledge of design and typography, possess a superior work ethic, and be well-versed in all the main Creative Suite applications.
3) Natural media illustration or photography experience is a plus.
