I received this opening less than five minutes ago. My client is a major financial organization and they are located in NYC. They are flexible on visa statuses, but GC/USC is recommended. F2F REQUIRED.
Skills Required:
-8+ years of hands on experience working on Core Java and advanced Java
-Strong Database design skills including SQL, procedures and query tuning
-Experience in Financial Crimes tools such as Actimize, RDC, Accuity (Compliance Link, Fircosoft ), Bridger Insight
-Service Design Concepts, OO and Functional Development concepts.
-High-quality software architecture and design methodologies and patterns, such as SOA, Layered Architecture, and Component-based Architecture.
-Agile Development Methodologies
-DevOps tools & methodologies
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach
Skills Desired:
-RestFul/Web Services, XML, REST, SOAP, JSON
-Big Data (Hadoop) ecosystem knowledge preferable, including Scala and/or Python
-Read and create design and process flow diagrams
-Design Patterns
-Linux and Shell Scripts -Any other scripting languages (PERL, Python etc
-AI/ML concepts and Risk or predictive analytics knowledge is a plus
