Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Data Science or related field Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives Deep understanding and expertise in A e Analytics and Tableau required. 5+ years of experience with proven track record of managing all aspects of digital campaigns and analysis of performance. Experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/telecom industry highly desired Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders Ability to manage large workload with competing priorities Preferred Qualifications Master?s Degree Experience in a retail or consumer organization Experience using Quantum Metrics Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View: Monitor traffic forecasts to plan and provide recommendations to adjust as needed Track budgets across tactics and evaluate the impact of budget changes on forecasts Track traffic channel performance actuals in comparison to specific campaign projections Report out on daily traffic trends and action plans to sales strategy partners for Wireless and Internet business Identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvements in quantity and quality and share recommendations with team Build ad hoc reports and conduct analysis Track campaign calendars across creative, media and site side sales teams for end-to-end journey alignment on offers, messaging and testing Track offer calendars and evaluate the impact of offer changes in traffic &conversions Work on journey analysis and identify areas of friction within customer buying journey Evaluate performance of A/B tests and provide recommendations for updates Evaluate performance of key segments of traffic and analyze traffic trends across segments
