Experience: 12+ Years
12+ Years of IT/Domain Experience, Insurance domain will be plus.
4+ Year of Pega 7.x, DCO Execution Experience
2+ Year of Pega CPM Framework Experience will be value add
Should have experience doing pega deployments
Should have experience managing Linux servers and Web
Sphere application Server
Should have exposure on DevOps
Should have expertise in Unix commands
Should have exposure in debugging issues related to servers
Need to manage versioning (Rulesets) across environments.
Understanding of customers’ needs so they can be translated into requirements. Experience in running DCO sessions and gathering requirements from customers.
We are emphasizing experience with predominantly PEGA, but other BPM tools such as KTA Workflow, GMG, etc.… would be suitable substitutes.
Experience and comfort operating within Agile Methodology, using Rally and RRC for story grooming and requirements cataloging.
Possesses the ability to lead requirements conversations, push back where needed to help drive discussions to out of the box capabilities (hence the desire to have PEGA in their tool belt) to help ensure out of the box capabilities are leveraged where possible to meet business requirements.
3-5 years of experience in Senior or Lead BSA role preferred
Need to conduct requirement gathering sessions with Business SMEs and take full ownership on Business Architect role in all the phases of the project,

Process Elaboration & Requirements Definition Elaboration
Complete User Story & Support Development team (Construction)
Create & Deliver Testing scrip and exaction support (Transition)
