Salesforce Marketing Automation Specialist Marketing & Public Relations

Responsible for developing, testing, documenting, and executing automated, multichannel journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s JourneyBuilder application. In addition to JourneyBuilder, they should have a deep knowledge of Email Studio (including email HTML, CSS, and AmpScript), Automation Studio and Contact Builder. A working functional knowledge of CRM and its Sales Cloud data model.

- Must have at least 2 years experience automating marketing campaigns in the salesforce environment.

FYI: Salesforce Journey Builder is a feature of the company''s Marketing Cloud that manages the customer life cycle: the progression of steps a customer goes through when considering, purchasing, using and maintaining loyalty to a brand.

Job Description:             

Working and developing Journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Email Studio.

Assisting in creation of new campaigns, including working on data configuration, audience creation, and utilization of capabilities in the ExactTarget platform.

Develop solutions on Automation Studio, Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and Journey Builder in ExactTarget tool.

Applying functional knowledge of and enabling personalization of Email content using proprietary AMP Scripting.

Utilizing technical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop new Journey’s and Automations.

Designing, developing, testing, documenting, and deploying high quality business solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform based on business needs.

Using Customer Relationship Management application knowledge to implement improvements and new functionality in Salesforce Marketing Cloud application.

Understanding Sales/Marketing process, information, support requirements, and assisting staff in identifying leads to perform technical development on applications.

Applying functional knowledge of Marketing cloud and Sales Cloud Data Model to address complex process and reporting requirements.

Monitor or track milestones/deliverables and program to ensure deadlines and targets are met and also track and report key performance indicators.

Partner with the technology team to analyze and document any updates to the system requirements in order to validate that the solution meets the business need.

Provide an on-going support, troubleshoot and validate production issues to perform the root cause analysis, reconciliations, perform corrective actions for issue resolution.
