Roles :

Is part of on-call rotation
Better hands on experience on Service Now and its process to meet SLA response and restoration.
Monitoring applications
Frequent status update to Client and Supervisor
Co-ordinate with other teams to resolve the issue. Ex: Infrastructure issue
Performs research, analysis and fix issues to meet current and future user requirements.
Provides estimates of work effort for client projects
Meeting the Service levels for resolution of reported application issues.
Answers questions from the business as well as provide adhoc queries when requested
Functions as a technical resource for other team members
Part of Code Reviews team for newly build applications
Documents and reports the activities to the customer.
Creates, Maintains the Standard Operating procedures
SOP Creation, Review & Retire of all application
