Oracle CX Cloud Architect
Jersey City NJ
A full time & experienced Oracle cloud architect who has done recent and extensive consulting for architectural design on CRM requirements and implementation. Should be able to define & design the architecture and integration with 3rd party systems
Minimum three to four projects of core CX/CRM implementation experience
Good technical experience in mobile cloud technologies and understanding customer requirements
Strong knowledge on customer / domain centric processes viz.,Lead to Quote, Quote to Cash, Order Management, Service Management, Products and Pricing Management etc.
Assist functional consultants in conducting CRPs and should be able to suggest best practices
Working Experience in Oracle CPQ, Engagement Cloud and Subscription Management
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in multiple end-to-end implementations projects in Oracle Cloud
Prior Project or Team management experience in the Implementation engagement would be added advantage
Certfications on Oracle CPQ, Enagement cloud
Should be able to conduct and lead the integration workshops in the multi vendor context
Should be able to put together the Application Configuration and Integration design
